Chuck Holliday, Founder / Managing Partner
Chuck Holliday is the Founder and Managing Partner for Suite929 LLC.
The New York City native is responsible for all business and revenue operations, including live media, video operations, licensing, advertising and portfolio budgeting.
Holliday is a former Line Producer for shows at LXTV, Bloomberg Television, Bravo (2014 Emmy Award for “The Singles Project”), Oxygen, Sportsnet New York (SNY), CNBC, Conde Nast’s The Scene and FOX Business Network.
Tati Muñiz, Content Officer
Tati Muñiz is the Content Officer.
In her role, Tati oversees all production and content operations throughout Suite929 LLC’s portfolio. Muñiz brings over two decades of experience to the role, most recently as Contributing Producer at Spanish-Language channel WAPA TV (San Juan, Puerto Rico).
Prior to her role at WAPA TV, Muñiz served as a Reporter at Brazilian television network Rede Gazeta, leading the channel’s reporting of the Brazilian Women’s Basketball League. Muniz reported primarily in Portuguese.
Nicole Blake-Baxter, Strategic Partnerships
Nicole Blake-Baxter is the Head of Strategic Partnerships.
Nicole works to accelerate and grow impactful communications strategies across Suite929 and its portfolio, as well as fostering relationships with outside organizations that align with Suite929’s business.
Nicole is the Founder of The Blake Agency, a Full Service Public Relations Agency. Nicole’s educational foundation is a BA in Communications, specialized in advertising and public relations, which she earned with honors from The City College of the City University of New York (CUNY).
TaJana Lyons, General Counsel
TaJana Lyons is the General Counsel.
Her experience includes general litigation practice before state and federal courts, with cases ranging from complex commercial disputes to representing clients in agency proceedings and internal investigations.
Ms. Lyons received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from St. Johns University School of Law.
