Nicole has an extensive background in B2B and consumer public relations. She oversees each account with a unique mix of traditional PR experience and digital marketing expertise.

Over the years, she has developed many successful campaigns for nonprofit, tech and lifestyle brands and generated top tiered media placements with Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc, Nightline NBC, NPR, Food & Wine, Momtrends.com, Essence, Rolling Out, NBCNews.com and more.

Prior to launching The Blake Agency, formerly known as NUBIA Marketing, Nicole spearheaded strategic planning and digital marketing initiatives as a senior account executive at Cramer Krasselt Public Relations. She managed national campaigns for the firm’s top nonprofit and retail clients and led the research process for new client acquisition.

Before joining Cramer Krasselt Public Relations, Nicole managed media relations at Stanton Communications Inc. and began her career in entertainment publicity at Island Def Jam Music Group.

In 2017, Nicole was named PR Professional of the Year by ACHI Magazine and has been a featured speaker at conferences, workshops and colleges.

Nicole holds a BA in Communications with a specialization in advertising and public relations. She graduated cum laude from The City College of the City University of New York (CUNY).
